100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We get it, your pup's the real decision-maker here. That's why every order comes with our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Hero try it, Hero love it, or it’s on us! 🐾
How It Works
- Give it time. Give the chews daily as directed on the tub. Many dogs show a difference within 2–4 weeks, so we recommend at least 4 weeks to see the full benefits.
- Not happy? Email us. Contact Hello@HappyHeroes.co.uk within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll happily check the feeding amount is right for your dog first, if you'd like.
- Get your refund. We'll refund your first opened tub in full. You don't need to send it back. Any unopened tubs can be returned for a full refund too, and we'll tell you how.
The Small Print:
The guarantee covers one opened tub per household. Unopened tubs are refunded in full once returned.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping charges aren't refunded.
Please check the ingredients before ordering. They're listed on every product page and on the tub.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
