- Royal Mail First Class Shipping (£4): 1-2 Business Days
In-stock items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on holidays.

If you're a fellow Pet Parent, you can take advantage of our 60-day Refund Policy for Happy Heroes Supplement Treats. This means you have 60 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
If you would like to return the Happy Heroes treats, you can do so, provided that the seal on the tub has not been broken. In such a case, we will issue a refund for the product, excluding the shipping and handling costs (£4).
To initiate the return process, kindly send an email to Hello@HappyHeroes.co.uk and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The address from which you will be sending back the products
Once we receive your email, we will send you a shipping label that needs to be printed. You can then take the package, along with the printed label, to any Royal Mail facility for return shipment.

To ensure quick shipment, we have implemented an automated fulfilment process that involves rapid packing and labelling of orders.

Yes, we offer a woof-ing 60-day Money Back Guarantee for our treats. Upon receiving your order, if you try the product daily for 60 days and are not satisfied with the results, we will refund your original purchase.
Please note that we can only offer a refund if you contact us within the 60-day window and have been consistently giving the treats to your dog on a daily basis. Additionally, the guarantee applies to one opened tub of treats per household. If you purchased multiple tubs and find that the treats do not work, we can refund one opened tub, while any other unopened tubs can be returned and refunded separately.
There are certain situations in which we do not offer refunds:
- If your dog does not like the taste or smell of the treats, as they can be crumbled into their regular food or hidden in other foods like meats or peanut butter.
- If you have not checked the ingredients and discovered that your dog is allergic to any of them upon receipt and opening of the treats. We provide a full list of ingredients on our website and on the tub, so it is your responsibility to ensure the treats are suitable for your dog.
- If you contact us after the 60-day period from receiving your order.

- What type/breed of dog do you have? How old is your dog?
- How much does your dog weigh?
- How many treats per day did you give your dog?
- Did you give the treats every day, all at the same time? How long did you give the treats for?
- If you didn't see the desired results, did you double the dosage?
- Is your dog using any medication or supplemental food/treat in conjunction with this?
- Why are you giving your dog this supplement?
- What specific problems is your dog experiencing?
- Does your dog suffer from any other conditions? If so, what are they?
