60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you and your dog to love Happy Heroes. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
Opened tubs
If you've tried our chews and aren't satisfied, we'll refund your first opened tub in full. You don't need to return it. This applies to one opened tub per household.
Unopened tubs
Unopened tubs with the seal intact can be refunded in full within 60 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.
How to request a refund
Email Hello@HappyHeroes.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Whether the tub is opened or unopened
- A short note on what happened
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it, including any shipping charges.

Full ingredients are listed on every product page and on the tub. Please check them before ordering.
