Cancellation policy

Subscriptions:
When you subscribe, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are securely stored and will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account. Simply log in using the same email address used for your purchase and manage your preferences from your subscription settings. Alternatively, contact us at Hello@happyheroes.co.uk to assist with your subscription.
